ruangrupa, Susanne Hesse-Badibanga (head of education at documenta), and Ernst Wagner (EVC) run a workshop on formats, concepts and theories on education in the context of documenta fifteen. Teachers at schools in Kassel, artists from art academies, the UNESCO chair in cultural policy, and staff of documenta participated in the two days camp (September 7-8) that took place at ruru house in Kassel. The challenge of new forms of curating, artistic practice, and education in a postcolonial context led to fruitful discussions and plans for innovative concepts that will be implemented to prepare, to accompany, and to evaluate documenta fifteen in 2022.
