People Beyond Borders (PBB) is running Training of Trainers (ToT) program, initiated by Isadora Canela, Elsa Cuissard and Thais Machado. ToT is a hybrid “learn-teach-learn” co-creative program for displaced and migrant artists based in Berlin and coming from all around the world.
"We believe that the empowerment of any individual or community goes through the valorization of their own existing knowledge. Therefore, our ToT's central point is the construction of sustainable networks through educational exchange in which everyone ‘learns’ and ‘teaches’ horizontally and mutually. This program offers a space of co-creation for professional artists and passionates to develop their teaching skills."
